1. Intellectual Property and Output Rights
- The Interface: The visual layout, design system, custom branding, and proprietary orchestration architecture elements of PromptMatrix AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Echo Verse DB LLC.
- User Outputs: PromptMatrix AI claims absolute zero ownership over the optimized text configurations generated in the Output Chamber. Users retain full, unrestricted rights to utilize, modify, copy, and commercially exploit any prompt generated by our processing pipeline.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to:
- Abuse, scrape, or flood the input fields using automated scripts, bots, or malicious software protocols that intentionally spike our Google Cloud Vertex AI compute costs.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying system prompt compiler or bypass our designated rate-limiting configurations.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
PromptMatrix AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the optimized prompt text outputs will satisfy specific creative benchmarks or function identically across every external AI framework.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Echo Verse DB LLC, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website utility.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
